Zlatan scores

Zlatan was able to play and did score. A very important goal.

Even though I like when Zlatan scores, but I hope that the gestures will be as great as his goals some day. Go Zlatan Go!

It's not bad to be the first Swede to score a goal in El Clásico - that is history. Niether Patrik Andersson, nor Henrik Larsson were able to do that.

El Clásico

There is two hours left until El Clásico begins, the soccer game between FCB and Real Madrid and soon the players will know who's playing the game from start.

"Everyone" takes this game seriously. Pep Guardiola gave Zlatan and Messi time to rest even if FC Barcelona played verses Inter in Champions Leauge on Tuesday. That says something.

It was positive that FCB won verses Inter, but El clásico means so much more. Real Madrid don't want to loose again and in May 2009 they lost with 2-6 verses FCB, and now they want revenge as it must have been very emarrassing for Real to loose at Santiago Bernabeu last time. For most fans to these teams it is more important to win El Clásico than winning La Liga.

Zlatan has said that El Clásico can be the most important game in fotball. That is good because it means that "Ibra" know how serious the game is - more importnant than the final in the world cup and Champions league. Well, maybe it's not that important for the rest of the world, but for a true FCB fan it's important.

Well, Zlatan haven't played games for a couple of weeks and that may be negative, but remember when Zlatan came back from injury in Inter in May he was brilliant when he gave Il Scudetto to Inter.

El Clássico #155 will be settled at Camp Nou and I hope that FCB will win and I also hope that Zlatan score some beautiful goals. It would be wonderful if Zlatan would now have realized how important the game is and have had time to accumulate the necessary energy and become One with the team and can give the victory to the fans of FCB.

Until the game begins, maybe I shall listen to "Ibracadabra" with Hoffmaestro & Chraa.

Zlatan at the pressconference

At todays pressconference before the game v.s. Albania the press asked some questions and the defence were starting to loose control of their game. Zlatan, the man, the myth, the legend, when he sees an open goal he want to score! He starts to ask the questions to the press. I mean, not like the press, he is on the spot.

Zlatan he smiles to the press and try to see how smart the opponent is and he scores!

The journalist more of less makes a foul of himself together with and the rest of the press...
Now they know, they can't ask a foolish quiestion to him without being questioned them selves.

Go-Zlatan-Go
What an entertainer!

:-)

No luck this time

Sweden lost against Denmark. Sadly, there are not much hope left for Sweden to qualify to the soccer World Cup in South Africa.

Well, today if feels better than it felt after the game. I think that the players did what they could, but the master in command (God?) didn't want Sweden to winn. Maybe the Swedish game is a but too static, I don't know. I respect the team, but is it possible to be more agressive without loosing defensive power? Anyway I hope that this was a good experience for the team. Two goals, but no score for the Swedes. Zlatan played well, but this day god wanted Denmark to win.

El sueco en FC Barcelona

Yesterday was, once again, a historic day for the golden guy (Zlatan).
5 consecutive games and 5 goals. Zlatan sprained his ankle at the last game, but when Thiery Henry got injured Zlatan came in and made two dangerous attempts and scored on his therd attempt in his 5th La Liga game in FCB.

The things that the golden guy is doing in Barcelona is pretty impressive.
He have only played two months for Barcelona and he has polished the record for newcomers. No one has scored 5 goals in 5 games as a newcomer in FC Barcelona.

Remember that Zlatan had a fracture in his hand and could not train at 100% during the begining of his FC Barcelona sojourn.
The negotiations between Inter and FCB have probably been trying, but still he is adjusting his game to the Barcelona soccer and have been able to be one of the most important players in FCB.

All the La Liga defenders and goalkeepers must be pretty scared at the moment I guess, because they better watch out for the the golden guy...

The golden guy have done it again

Zlatan has become historic (again) as the first fotboll player in FC Barcelona that scores in his first four consecutive games. No one have done that before, not even players Ronaldinho, Romario, Ronaldo, Maradona, Messi, C. Rodríguez, Eto'o, Stoichkov, Lineker etc.

Well, what more can I say?

This blog is a tribute to Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is a living legend and a Swedish fotballplayer that have almost made the impossible possible. However, I don't know if I am surprised or not, beacuse there is something magic with Zlatan. ;-)

Yesterday, I were watching the soccer game between Ungern and Sweden. Sweden played well, but Sweden had a 1-1 result after "full time". The referee gave 3 minutes of overtime and when the time was up, the hope was out - almost. Rasmus Elm kicks a last shot and Zlatan Ibrahimovic (Zlatan) receives the ball and miraculously he scores at 93 minutes and 7 seconds.

Thank You Zlatan and every fighing spirit in the Swedish national soccer team for getting those important 3 three points in this qualifying game for the World Cup finals in soccer.

That is magic, or as close to magic as it can be!
